Summary :
A police lieutenant comes to question the residents of a retirement home in Brittany following the murder of one of its residents. Among them is Odette Dulac, an old woman who knits baby clothes. But Odette also knits her memories. Paris, 1940. She is nineteen years old when the Germans enter the capital. Her entry into the Resistance marks the end of the carefree life of her youth.
During the Occupation, she will have to face responsibilities that are too great for her, events that are beyond her control... The police officer's interrogation turns into a confession; a liberation for Odette who can finally chase away her ghosts.
