TILT - board game

One thing is certain: Tilt will not win first prize for beauty, nor for that matter for modesty. The box proudly proclaims: "completely renews the games of chess and checkers"

However, it is clear that today Tilt has not dethroned Checkers, nor Chess.

The game is a fairly classic opposition between two players.

Each has:

• 1 flag of value 0
• 1 pawn of value 5
• 2 pawns of value 4
• 3 pawns of value 3
• 4 pawns of value 2
• 5 pawns of value 1

Each person arranges their pawns as they wish, then the flag is placed between two pawns. Each pawn can advance independently. A pawn can push a weaker opponent. But pawns can be assembled in a column, and thus move or push opposing pawns or columns.
