Summary :
Mugen and Jin are two ronin (masterless samurai) whose styles and values oppose each other. The former, although very strong with a sword in his hands, is impetuous and displays unconventional fighting techniques. The latter is the archetypal experienced samurai who constantly refers to Bushido. Their destinies will become linked to that of Fuu, a young waitress who has just lost her job following a fight involving the two ronin and which destroyed the tea shop where she worked. She will convince them to follow her on her journey, in search of the samurai who "smells of sunflowers."
