Born in 1975, he lived for seventeen years in an institution for people with physical disabilities. A philosopher and writer, he is the author of a body of work that has enjoyed constant success, notably with, at Seuil: The Man's Profession (2002), Self-construction (2006), The Naked Philosopher (2010).
