This is why every family event is marked by a meal with a carefully composed menu, and every major event, rugby match or bullfighting festival, is doubled by gastronomic jousts to which visitors and passers-by are cordially invited. I therefore raise my glass of Chalosse wine to all those who appreciate our Landes gastronomy and invite them to come and join us in our little paradise to take part in our ferias and share our joy of living.
